Awareness<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

elipamanoke wants to be a welcoming space for all people, regardless of gender, sexuality, origin, skin color, (non-)visible disabilities, physical appearance, age, social background or social status. We want to create a space that is as discrimination-sensitive and respectful as possible. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, abuse or transgression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To achieve this, we rely on the actions and responsibility of everyone present. Consensus and respect are the foundation of our events and allow everyone to let go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is an awareness team consisting of at least 2 people at each of our events. They are there for you if you feel uncomfortable or need support and will intervene in the event of abusive behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our work is victim-oriented, which means that we believe the person whose boundaries have been crossed. So if you feel uncomfortable because of another person or if you have experienced or observed abusive behavior, do not hesitate to contact our awareness team and report the incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are unable to find a member of the awareness team, you are welcome to contact any other member of staff – they are also trained accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
